Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Century Aluminum ( CENX ), up about 5.4% and shares of Haynes International ( HAYN ), up about 4.7% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF ( XBI ), off about 1.4% in Wednesday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Wednesday were shares of Intercept Pharmaceuticals ( ICPT ), lower by about 14.4%, and shares of Madrigal Pharmaceuticals (MDGL), lower by about 9.6% on the day.
