Wednesday Sector Laggards: Insurance Brokers, Electric Utilities

In trading on Wednesday, insurance brokers shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.1%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Investors Title, off about 10.6% and shares of Mercury General down about 9.2% on the day.

Also lagging the market Wednesday are electric utilities shares, down on the day by about 1% as a group, led down by Portland General Electric, trading lower by about 3.3% and Montauk Renewables, trading lower by about 2.6%.
