Wednesday Sector Laggards: Apparel Stores, Semiconductors

In trading on Wednesday, apparel stores shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2.2%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Nordstrom, down about 11.2% and shares of Cato off about 7% on the day.

Also lagging the market Wednesday are semiconductors shares, down on the day by about 1.8% as a group, led down by Intel, trading lower by about 3.2% and Diodes, trading lower by about 3%.
