Wednesday Sector Laggards: Apparel Stores, Precious Metals

In trading on Wednesday, apparel stores shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 3.5%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Abercrombie & Fitch, down about 17.3% and shares of Foot Locker down about 12.3% on the day.

Also lagging the market Wednesday are precious metals shares, down on the day by about 3.3% as a group, led down by Platinum Group Metals, trading lower by about 6.7% and Sibanye Stillwater, trading lower by about 6.2%.
