Volution Group plc, a major player in the design and production of energy-efficient indoor air quality solutions, has announced its total voting rights as 197,829,499, following the deduction of treasury-held shares. Shareholders can use this figure as a denominator to assess any necessary notifications of changes in their holdings as required by the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The update underlines Volution’s footprint which includes 22 brands across the UK, Continental Europe, and Australasia.
