Tuesday Sector Laggards: Airlines, Precious Metals

In trading on Tuesday, airlines shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 3.6%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes, down about 24.9% and shares of Spirit Airlines off about 11% on the day.

Also lagging the market Tuesday are precious metals shares, down on the day by about 3.4% as a group, led down by Piedmont Lithium, trading lower by about 10.7% and First Majestic Silver, trading lower by about 9.1%.
