Trinity Place Holdings Inc. has appointed Daniel C. Bartok as a new director, following an agreement with its investors. He will serve on the Compensation and Governance Committees and continues as a consultant to an affiliate of the investors. Concurrently, Patrick J. Bartels, Jr. resigned from the board without any operational disagreements.
