TopBuild To Offer $750 Mln Of Sr. Notes

(RTTNews) - TopBuild Corp. (BLD), an installer and distributor of insulation and building material products, Monday announced a private offering of $750 million of senior notes due 2034.

TopBuild intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions.
