In trading on Thursday, the Invesco Semiconductors ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 3.2% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Texas Instruments , up about 18.4% and shares of ON Semiconductor, up about 10.5% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the VanEck Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF, off about 4.1% in Thursday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Thursday were shares of MP Materials, lower by about 4.7%, and shares of Lithium Americas, lower by about 4.3% on the day.
