Thursday Sector Leaders: Defense, Construction Materials & Machinery Stocks

In trading on Thursday, defense shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 5.5%. Leading the group were shares of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, up about 16.9% and shares of Huntington Ingalls Industries up about 5.8% on the day.

Also showing relative strength are construction materials & machinery shares, up on the day by about 4.2% as a group, led by Trex, trading higher by about 7.8% and Floor & Decor Holdings, trading higher by about 6.8% on Thursday.
