In trading on Thursday, application software shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 2.3%. Leading the group were shares of Bitmine Immersion Technologies, up about 122% and shares of PowerShares DB Crude Oil Long ETN up about 13.7% on the day.

Also showing relative strength are semiconductors shares, up on the day by about 2.2% as a group, led by Wolfspeed, trading up by about 59.5% and Applied Optoelectronics, trading up by about 12.5% on Thursday.
