Thursday Sector Laggards: Paper & Forest Products, Defense Stocks

In trading on Thursday, paper & forest products shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 0.7%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Clearwater Paper, off about 2.2% and shares of Mercer International down about 1.6% on the day.

Also lagging the market Thursday are defense shares, down on the day by about 0.6% as a group, led down by Optex Systems Holdings, trading lower by about 6.2% and L3Harris Technologies, trading up by about 0.2%.
