At Orrstown Financial Services, a filing with the SEC revealed that on Monday, Director Scott V. Fainor bought 3,000 shares of ORRF, for a cost of $31.17 each, for a total investment of $93,520. Orrstown Financial Services, is trading trading flat on the day Thursday. This purchase marks the first one filed by Fainor in the past year.

And also on Monday, Director Sara Dumond bought $91,026 worth of United Bankshares, buying 2,600 shares at a cost of $35.01 a piece. United Bankshares is trading off about 0.5% on the day Thursday.
