Star Plus Legend Holdings Limited has announced its subsidiary Star Plus Entertainment (Kunshan) will jointly invest up to RMB 10 million in two concerts of the Jay Chou Carnival World Tour 2024, with a 5% stake in profits or losses. This investment aligns with the Group’s strategy to diversify revenue and enhance its IP creation and operation business, leveraging its experience in large-scale events to potentially boost long-term value. The deals with Jiangsu Daoxiang and Guangzhou Baohui are independent and not considered notifiable transactions under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules.
