In early trading on Monday, shares of Broadcom topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 4.7%. Year to date, Broadcom registers a 106.5% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is ResMed, trading down 3.7%. ResMed is showing a gain of 32.8% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Carnival, trading down 3.6%, and Advanced Micro Devices, trading up 3.8% on the day.
