S&P 500 Movers: PYPL, WAT

In early trading on Tuesday, shares of Waters topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 12.2%. Year to date, Waters has lost about 10.9% of its value.

And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is PayPal Holdings, trading down 11.1%. PayPal Holdings is lower by about 23.2% looking at the year to date performance.

Two other components making moves today are Huntington Ingalls Industries, trading down 10.2%, and Intel, trading up 10.3% on the day.
