In early trading on Tuesday, shares of Equifax topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 11.9%. Year to date, Equifax has lost about 5.5% of its value.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Northrop Grumman, trading down 9.5%. Northrop Grumman is showing a gain of 2.4% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are RTX, trading down 7.9%, and First Solar, trading up 10.1% on the day.
