In early trading on Wednesday, shares of Jabil topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 11.2%. Year to date, Jabil registers a 83.1% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Carvana, trading down 5.6%. Carvana is lower by about 21.7% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are CME Group, trading down 4.4%, and Applied Materials, trading up 8.5% on the day.
