Solaris Oilfield prices IPO at $12, below the range

Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, which provides mobile frac sand storage silos used in oil and gas production, raised $121 million by offering 10.1 million shares at $12, below the range of $15 to $18. Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol SOI. Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Evercore ISI, Simmons & Co., Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
