(RTTNews) - SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (SEDG), a smart energy technology, announced on Monday that its Chief Financial Officer Ronen Faier has decided to step down.
Subsequently, the company has appointed Ariel Porat as Senior Vice President, Finance.
Porat will assume the role of CFO after three months, and till then Faier will continue in the current position.
Most recently, Porat has served as Head of Europe Region for Siemens Energy.
