Sinotrans (HK:0598) has released an update.
Sinotrans Limited has re-elected Ms. Zhang Zhiyi and Mr. Wang Shengyun as staff representative supervisors for a new three-year term, following their successful reappointment in a recent staff representative meeting. Both bring extensive experience to the supervisory committee, with backgrounds in human resources and technology respectively, but will not receive additional remuneration for their supervisory roles.
