Pender Growth Fund Inc. has disclosed a significant development for its portfolio company, Copperleaf Technologies Inc., which is set to be acquired by Industrial and Financial Systems, IFS AB, for $12.00 per share. The fund’s substantial holdings in Copperleaf, amounting to 6,739,883 shares, are expected to contribute positively to its Net Asset Value (NAV), which stood at $11.9164 per share as of May 31, 2024. Completion of the acquisition is anticipated in the third quarter of 2024, pending the fulfillment of all closing conditions.
