(RTTNews) - Old Republic International Corporation (ORI), an Illinois-based insurance underwriting company, Tuesday announced that it has partnered with Qualia Labs, Inc., a California-based software development company.
This strategic collaboration brings together Qualia's innovative tech solutions with Old Republic Title's deep industry expertise, aiming to drive greater efficiency and value for clients and stakeholders in the title industry.
Through this initiative, Qualia will take ownership of Old Republic Title's RamQuest and E-Closing platforms. This acquisition will strengthen Qualia's title production capabilities, which Old Republic Title will leverage to support its direct division, agents, and customers.
ORI is currently trading at $36.97 or 0.79% higher on the New York Stock Exchange.
