iShares Silver Fund (SLV): About 40,000 April 16.50 calls were bought for $0.23 to $0.26 as investors positioned for continued upside in the precious metal. SLV rose 0.27 percent to $14.99.
Kinross Gold (KGC): More than 17,000 March 3.50 calls bought for $0.14 to $0.17 as traders looked for the Canadian miner to keep running. KGC fell 0.17 percent to $2.90. (See full story )
Och Ziff Capital Management (OZM): A block of 11,319 June 7.50 calls was sold for $0.10 but volume was below open interest at the strike. OZM rose 22 percent to $4.25.
