Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with unusual option activity on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.
AngloGold Ashanti (AU): Traders sold 7,300 July 10 calls for $0.60, collecting income on the stock. AU fell 1.48 percent to $7.31.
SPDR S&P Bank Fund (KBE): Blocks of 10,000 contracts each traded in the March 33 calls and June 36 calls for $0.40 and $0.50. Volume was below open interest at each strike, which suggests a new diagonal spread was implemented. KBE fell 3.27 percent to $29.24.
Viacom (VIAB): Almost 4,300 February 40 calls were sold for $2.35 to $2.60 as investors earned income on the shares. VIAB fell 3.31 percent to $40.06.
