Cree (CREE): Traders bought 6,400 February 30 calls, mostly for $0.78, looking for the maker of light-emitting diodes to rally. CREE rose 3.20 percent to $26.27.
Charles Schwab (SCHW) About 6,000 January 36 calls were bought for $0.30 to $0.35 as investors positioned for a move higher. SCHW fell 0.11 percent to $33.15.
