Nine Entertainment Co. has appointed Timothy Longstaff as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective January 2025. With over 25 years of experience in investment banking, Longstaff is set to bring valuable financial insights to the board as the company progresses its strategic transformation. His appointment comes as part of a planned succession process, with expectations that he will succeed Samantha Lewis as Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee after her retirement.
