On December 2, Bradley Fluegel notified the Board of Directors of NeuroMetrix (NURO), of his decision to resign from the Board and as a member of the Board’s Audit Committee, effective as of December 31 . Mr. Fluegel’s decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
