NCC Group plc has announced the conditional grant of Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) awards over 1.7 million shares to Executive Directors, with an extended performance period until September 2027 due to a financial year change. The LTIP includes a ‘kicker’ element, requiring more rigorous performance targets, which will be detailed in the 2024 Annual Report. No additional LTIP awards for Executive Directors are planned for the 2024 or 2025 financial years.
