National Australia Bank Limited has announced a fully franked cash dividend of AUD 1.4769 per NAB Capital Note 3, with a distribution rate of 5.8596% per annum. Shareholders on record as of 5th September 2024 will be eligible for the dividend, which is payable on 17th September 2024. The dividend reflects a combination of a 3-month Bank Bill Rate and a margin, totaling an annual rate of 8.3709% before taxes.
