Model N prices IPO at $15.50, above the range

Model N, which provides revenue management software to the life science and technology sectors, raised $104 million by offering 6.7 million shares at $15.50, above the range of $12.50 to $14.50. At the offer price Model N has a fully diluted market value of $384 million and, with approximately $92 million in net cash on the balance sheet, an EV of $292 million. Model N will list on the NYSE under the symbol MODN. J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
