Milestone:My milestone is to prepare for our launch.
Tell us your name and about your company?
My name is Jean Philipe Emelie Marcos. I'm the founder and CEO of SignifAI, an automation platform that dramatically augments technical operations' teams capabilities in increasing system uptime, whether they are in the cloud or on premise.
What milestone do you dream about reaching in your lifetime?
We’d like to solve the problem that we're going after- help technical operations be a lot more efficient in the way they handle the management of systems and achieve amazing performance. If we solve that problem I think we'll be pretty happy.
What keeps you going on those tough days?
The challenge we put in front of us is extremely motivating. What we are building is very difficult to do and obviously there are a lot of things we need to figure out still, but there's a real demand for our service so just the opportunity to solve the pain point we are going after is an amazing motivation for us. I think we're very aligned and focused on the same vision and that is what keeps us all going.
Is there an early milestone that gives you pride?
We're a bunch of people that have known each other for a while and have worked together for many years, solving exactly that problem. The fact that all of us took a leap of faith and decided to build this company together is amazing. We were also blessed with investors believing in our vision and our capabilities. Having that initial funding done was a great way to get us going.
How do you celebrate those milestones?
There is a culture of true appreciation in small things like fixing a small issue or finishing a feature. We celebrate, eat, and have drinks together on a regular basis. When we go to market, I'm sure we will find a great way to celebrate that major milestone. Right now we're focused on the work.
