(RTTNews) - Mastech Digital, Inc. (MHH) on Monday said that after nine years of leadership, the company's President and Chief Executive Officer, Vivek Gupta, would resign from the position on February 28, 2025.
The company added that Gupta will be succeeded by Nirav Patel, effective January 6, 2025. Recently, Patel served as President and CEO of Bristlecone, a Mahindra Group company. Prior to Bristlecone, Patel was Senior Vice President and Global Markets Leader at Cognizant.
On Friday, Mastech's stock closed at $14.90, up 1.43 percent on the New York Stock Exchange.
