Limitless X Holdings has entered into a Consulting Agreement with Kourous Ghasaban, effective December 21, 2024, wherein the Consultant will assist in strategic introductions, marketing, and public relations efforts, as well as joint venture opportunities with influencers. The Consultant will receive restricted shares worth $1,000,000 over three years, with the first issuance approved for 208,334 shares. The agreement includes provisions for termination and remedy of breach, ensuring the return or reimbursement of shares if terminated for cause within the first year.
