Renishaw (GB:RSW) has released an update.
Renishaw PLC, a leader in manufacturing technologies, has announced that its founder, Sir David McMurtry, will step down as Executive Chairman but will continue to serve as a Non-Executive Director. Sir David Grant will take over as the Interim Non-Executive Chairman while a permanent successor is sought. Additionally, Richard McMurtry has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director, and the company is looking to add another Independent Non-Executive Director to its Board.
