Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.
Amarin (AMRN): Some 4,600 April 2 calls were sold, mostly for $0.11, as investors abandoned long positions in the beaten down drug maker. AMRN rose 4.43 percent to $1.89.
Informatica (INFA): Some 3,200 May 40 calls were purchased, mostly for $1.60, as investors look for upside in the software maker. INFA rose 5.21 percent to $39.75.
InterPublic (IPG): Some 2,200 May 18 calls were sold, mostly for $0.40, as investors existed upside trades in the advertising agency. IPG rose 0.06 percent to $17.15.
