JELD-WEN Holding prices IPO at $23, the high end of the range

JELD-WEN Holding, a global manufacturer of doors, windows and treated composite trim and panels, raised $575 million by offering 25 million shares at $23, the high end of the range of $21 to $23. JELD-WEN Holding plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol JELD. Barclays, Citi, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, RBC Capital Markets, BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
