Jagged Peak Energy prices IPO at $15, below the range

Jagged Peak Energy, an oil and gas E&P operating in the Delaware Basin in West Texas, raised $474 million by offering 31.6 million shares at $15, below the range of $16 to $18. Jagged Peak Energy plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol JAG. Citi, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
