ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has actively bought back 2,655,534 of its shares at prices ranging from 75.80 to 77.00 pence each, averaging at 76.55 pence per share, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated on March 7, 2024. These shares are now held in treasury, contributing to a total of 59,841,028 treasury shares and leaving 3,992,568,166 ordinary shares in issue. This latest transaction is part of a larger effort that has seen ITV repurchase shares at an average price of 73.33 pence since the buyback program began.
