ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has repurchased over 2.3 million of its ordinary shares at an average price of 74.16 pence per share as part of its ongoing share buyback program. These shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in circulation and potentially increasing shareholder value. The company has now repurchased a total of 177.8 million shares since the program’s initiation in March 2024.
