Integrated Wind Solutions ASA has finalized a strategic partnership with Sumitomo Corporation, with the latter acquiring a 25.38% share in IWS’ subsidiary IWS Fleet AS for EUR 60 million. Sumitomo Corporation is a global entity with a diverse range of business sectors, while IWS provides advanced service vessels and services to the offshore wind industry.
