The company aims for this acquisition to be its Qualifying Transaction, aligning with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. In related news, Research Capital Corporation has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission to broker in China, including their role as the agent in Inceptus’s Smartwell acquisition.
