H&T Group plc (GB:HAT) has released an update.
H&T Group plc, the leading UK pawnbroker, has announced the appointment of Toni Wood as the new Senior Independent Director. Wood, who joined the Board in May 2022, brings a wealth of experience in marketing and digital leadership, succeeding James Thornton who retired after the May AGM. Lawrence Guthrie will take over Wood’s former position as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
