Horizon Minerals Limited has successfully completed its merger with Greenstone Resources Limited, acquiring 100% of Greenstone’s shares and options. As part of the finalization, Greenstone shareholders received new Horizon shares and options, and Greenstone will be delisted from the ASX. Key leadership changes include Grant Haywood’s appointment as Horizon’s Managing Director and several directorial shifts in both companies.
