(RTTNews) - Honeywell International Inc. (HON) agreed to buy CAES Systems, from private equity firm Advent International for about $2 billion in cash, The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday

CAES Systems provides mission critical electronic solutions for the aerospace and defense industry.
