This third-quarter revenue growth was primarily due to a 31.6% increase in comparable store sales and contributions from new stores.
The Board has declared a one-time special cash dividend of C$2.30 per share. This dividend will be paid on December 29, to shareholders of record as of December 19.
Looking ahead, for the full year, Groupe Dynamite has revised up its guidance. The company now expects an adjusted EBITDA margin of 35% to 37% against the prior guidance of 32% to 33.5%.
Groupe Dynamite now projects comparable store sales growth of 25.5% to 27.5%, compared with the earlier guidance of 17% to 19%.
The company now expects annual capital expenditure of C$85 million to C$95 million, compared with C$95 million to C$105 million, previously.
