GRC International Group Plc (GB:GRC) has released an update.
GRC International Group plc is set to be acquired by Bloom Seed Bidco Limited, a company backed by Bloom Equity Partners Management, LLC, for a full cash offer, resulting in a valuation of approximately £8.6 million. Shareholders of GRC International will receive a premium of 66.7% over the closing share price on June 4, 2024, with directors recommending unanimous approval of the acquisition. The deal aims to provide GRC with greater growth opportunities and access to additional capital to enhance its position in the cybersecurity sector.
