Genex Power Limited is set to be acquired by J-POWER Nominee, a subsidiary of Electric Power Development Co., Ltd., with the transaction details outlined in a registered Transaction Booklet, which includes an Independent Expert’s Report deeming the acquisition fair and reasonable. Shareholders are advised to thoroughly review the booklet for the upcoming Scheme Meeting scheduled for July 16, 2024, where they will vote on the acquisition proposal.
