GE Vernova approves initial $6B share repurchase authorization

GE Vernova’s (GEV) strategic principles for capital allocation include incremental organic investments to drive profitable growth, returning at least one third of cash generation to shareholders, and targeted, bolt-on mergers and acquisitions along with select next-generation technology investments. The GE Vernova Board of Directors has declared a $0.25 per share quarterly dividend, payable on January 28, 2025 to shareholders of record as of December 20, 2024, and approved an initial $6B share repurchase authorization.
