Friday Sector Laggards: Semiconductors, Biotechnology Stocks

In trading on Friday, semiconductors shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 3%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Ambarella off about 17.3% and shares of Wolfspeed off about 8.6% on the day.

Also lagging the market Friday are biotechnology shares, down on the day by about 2.8% as a group, led down by Summit Therapeutics, trading lower by about 29.2% and Instil Bio, trading lower by about 19.2%.
